California Vacation Ideals

When anyone thinks of vacation, they automatically think of California. The reason being, that California has more things to do than any other state around. It is full of fun packed surprises and many educational epics as well. Planning a California vacation is easy, choosing which one to visit first is the hard part.

Questions that must be asked, are how long do you plan to stay? For a three or four day vacation we can off the best deals in Southern California. If you want to spend a week then why not Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and Malibu Beach. For ten days we can off the whole "Big Sur" for free and then save your money to enjoy the splendor of San Francisco.

What is the number one requirement of any vacation package? All in one word, PLANNING. With proper planning, you will not need a tour guide, only to follow this simple plan, all drawn up just for you and your loved ones.

Disneyland Vacations:

One of the number one places to visit in California is Disneyland. Disneyland is synonymous with fun and laughter and it is sought after by many. The proof of this, is that Disneyland has branched to Florida and overseas. So many fun packed trips are planned by hundreds of agencies and it is as easy as opening your computer.

What child wound not want to spend several days in the land of Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck? It is a virtual fantasy land.

Knott's Berry Farm Vacations:

While you are at Disneyland, drop in and see Knott's Berry Farm. Not nearly as big, but indeed a fun filled day. Many of the Disneyland packages will be for 4 days or more. Why not spend one of those days at Knott's Berry Farm. Knott's Berry Farms have many rides and areas for the children to explore and have fun but cannot be compared with Disneyland.

San Diego Sea world Vacations:

After your four day vacation at Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm, you can drive down to see the very famous Sea world and the home of the shamu. All the shows and action with the sea lions and the many Sesame Street Characters. It is refreshing, fun and a virtual child's paradise.

Campgrounds of California:

The Big Sur:

Driving from Los Angeles up the Pacific Coast Highway to San Francisco, is an area called the "Big Sur." It is the most beautiful drive of your life. Hearing the splashing of the waves and seeing the cool blue water for as far as you can see, is like a piece of heaven. It is soothing, relaxing and enjoyable. Best of all it is free. Stop along the way and walk down to the beach and run your toes through the sand and just watch the waves splash on your legs. It is all free and it runs for miles and miles.

On the way up the Pacific Coast you can stop in at Malibu. One of the places where many stars live and it has many seafood restaurants, with a beautiful scenery to enjoy. Further up the coast is Santa Barbara. It is the home of many stars also, such as Barbara Streisand and Oprah Winfrey.

Santa Barbara is the mecca of weddings. With its huge lots and tree lined streets, many are flocking their daily for the wedding nuptials. One of the most famous weddings there was the Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston wedding, too bad he decided instead to marry Jolie now.

San Francisco Vacations:


One of the most beautiful places in California is definitely San Francisco. San Francisco is known for the Golden Gate Bridge, its antique cable cars and its steep uphill streets. It us located on the ocean and it has many vacation spots along the way. On the way to San Francisco you can stop at the wineries in Monterey, Napa, Sonoma and Fresno. The other beautiful place on the way to San Francisco is The Redwoods. As you pull up to see some of God's creations, you will be amazed at the beauty and splendor. You will just walk through the splendor and never wonder again about where you want to come next year.

These are only a few of the many places to visit in California. Whether you just want to camp out by the sea or go to Disneyland with the kids for lots of fun, California has it all. The ultimate vacation would be to start down in San Diego and travel up the coast and see them all. Stopping for some fresh catfish and fries in Malibu and for dessert, how about some carrot cake in Santa Barbara. Who knows, maybe you will even see Oprah walking her dogs.
